The vessel is undergoing completion work with estimated delivery within the current fiscal year. The main engine is a dual-fuel MAN B&W ME-GI type with exhaust gas recirculation system (EGR) to comply with MARPOL Annex VI Tier III, offering a reducing in NOx emissions of over 80% in comparison with conventional engines. The auxiliary engines are dual-fuel gas-diesel engines conforming to NOx Tier III in gas mode, thanks to an SCR system which offers Tier III compliance in diesel mode as well, offering flexibility in the choice of fuel.
