PRESSURE TRANSMITTER DESIGNED FOR HARSH MARINE ENVIRONMENTS

Danfoss has introduced a new pressure sensor, the DST P40M, designed to withstand harsh, corrosive marine environments such as ballast water treatment, desalination systems, seawater cooling, exhaust gas treatment, and wastewater processing.

The sensor features a weldless titanium housing to provide high resistance to corrosion in harsh environments. The ceramic AL203 96% pressure element ensures protection against aggressive media, including acids, alkalis, and aggressive pollutants. It is temperature-compensated, with reverse polarity protection, high linearity and low hysteresis value.

The DST P40M has approvals from China Classification Society (Pending), Korean Register (KR), ClassNK, DNV, EU RO Mutual Recognition Type Approval Certificate and ROHS compliance.
