Monday, October 11, 2021

Martin Dorsman, Secretary General, European Community Shipowners Associations (ECSA), in agreement with the ECSA Board of Directors, has decided to seek other work challenges, having tangibly assisted in setting up and leading the current Secretariat team at ECSA for four years.

ECSA President Claes Berglund said: “We warmly thank Martin for leading the organisation during challenging times and representing European shipowners at the important dialogue with numerous EU policymakers. During his office term, ECSA has continued to be the strong voice for European Shipping.”
ECSA has started the process to recruit new management. During the meantime, the Board of Directors have appointed Katalin Dobránszky-Bartus and Sotiris Raptis to jointly lead the organisation as acting Secretary Generals.
